These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website cats-corner.sumupstore.com and the purchase of products through the website.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Cat's corner may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Cat's corner reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.

A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:

1. You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
2. The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
3. You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorized to use.

Placement of an order

1. Item prices via markets, Etsy, Instagram, and website might be DIFFERENT, due to FEES that need to be paid. If you want the cheapest price, we recommend buying directly off us contacting us via Instagram or Whatsapp (at the end of the page).
2. IF you are in need of personalized items, contact us via social media, WhatsApp, or the contact form with specific instructions. If in need of skateboard decals, make sure to include board size and type, and a rough idea of what you are looking for. PLEASE include a REAL e-mail address or phone number in case we need further communication.

Processing Times

1. Stickers, gifts, and decals are mostly ready to be shippéd. If required to re-print, the processing times can go to up 2 working day. T-shirts are not pre-made, so will need re-printing. Processing time could be 2 to 3 working days.
2. If items need to be customised, or drawn from scratch (in the case of skateboard decals), processing times can go from 5 working days to 7 working days from the day you place your order.

Cancelling an order

1. As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 1 hour and will be refunded the full amount of your order to the account the order originally was paid from. Please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram if you wish to cancel or change your order.
2. NO orders can be cancelled once shipped.

Delivery

1. As a buyer, you are free to choose from the previously mentioned delivery option(s) at the checkout. Cat's Corner assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused by any delays beyond its control.
2. PICKUP only available for Drogheda (IRELAND) and surrounding areas.
3. Once your product is shipped, we will email/text a TRACKING NUMBER. All products are shipped with AN POST. (Refer to their website for delivery times)

Returns Policy

1. NO returns are accepted unless graphic is damaged (transit, bad printing, etc).
2. All returns will be subject to revision. Please contact us on our WhatsApp with images of your product and the date of purchase.

Liability

We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.

Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.

Severance

If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
